i-City Properties Sdn Bhd will market AI Living @ i-City in Shah Alam through four agencies ahead of its October launch.

Market Impact

Firdaus & Associates will lead the marketing effort, joined by IQI Global, ESP Global and PropNex Malaysia, the developer said in a statement on Thursday.

The agencies will start market engagement and buyer registrations immediately, with sale and purchase agreements targeted to begin in the second quarter of 2027.

The development will run on UrbanOS, i-City’s digital platform integrating AI, robotics and smart-building systems.

Datuk Eu Hong Chew, an I-Bhd director, said the project aims to improve each stage of the homeowner journey, from property discovery to resale. Further details were not disclosed.
